SWFL-IAC March Meeting Planned

 Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Joe Bigelow will be back for our meeting on March 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.  Hopefully, he has brought the luck of the Irish with him!

Sophia Amvrosiatos, Program Director for the Freedom Waters Foundation, will be present to talk about the Freedom Waters program and how the program works.  Dave Ramos will also assist her.

Mark Dowell will again be here to talk about the VCAP Conference that was held in February in Washington D.C.  Both Joe and Mike Stachowski attended the meeting.  Mark will also be giving out cards for CAP and dues.  He will explain everything to you at the meeting and answer any questions you may have.

Lisa Rink, Director of Retirees, from the Detroit office, along with Becky Bridgewater, also from Detroit, will be at our April meeting.  If you have any questions for them, you will have time to ask them and get answers.

Also, at our April meeting, The Community Fellowship of Schools will have children here to run a small portion of our meeting.  

Joe Bigelow has been asked to become a member of Florida's Alliance of America starting this year.  Joe will lightly brief everyone on this at the meeting.

Joe is requesting to have a food drive for the Harry Chapin Food Bank for the next three months: March through May.  He would like everyone to please bring any canned goods or non-perishable foods to our meetings for those two months.
